We stayed in a traditional cave house carved into the cliffs of Santorini, where whitewashed walls held centuries of story. The hospitality was unbelievable—warm, thoughtful, and deeply personal. We followed the full journey of chocolate on a Hawaiian cacao farm—from blossom to pod to bar. Our kids cracked open cacao, tasted fresh pulp, and watched beans ferment and dry under the sun.

Tucked inside the vibrant heart of La Perla, our children were welcomed into a spontaneous bomba gathering—not as spectators, but as participants. The rhythm of the drums, the call-and-response of song, and the joy of movement created a moment where language, culture, and community converged.
